It is with heartfelt gratitude that I am writing to you today. Approximately three years ago, I brought my daughter in to your office for a consultation. Her teeth were growing in every direction it seemed! I remember all too well how she would come home from school in tears because of the rude comments coming from the other kids at school. We did the usual - you know, told her to take the high road and try to ignore their unkind remarks. As her parent though I must tell you how oftentimes it was almost as heartbreaking for me because there was nothing I could do for her.
About a year later the braces were put on. I must admit (as much as I hate to) I was a huge skeptic. The road ahead would be a long one and it was difficult to be optimistic. During the series of visits, we would enter the waiting area, and the photos of previous patients on the walls were unbelievable. I could not envision my daughter's smile ever being that beautiful.
Lauren is presently nearing the end of her treatment. At one of her latest visits, I observed her upper teeth while the wire was being changed. Her teeth were positioned in the perfect shape of an arc! They were aligned and so very beautiful. The past two years have changed dramatically for her. I cannot put into words how her self-confidence has improved. I could not give her this, but you have.
Many people work diligently to make a difference. The staff at Gorman Center for Orthodontics gets the job done! You must have the greatest job in the world because you give patients so much more that just treatment for their teeth - you give them the ability to possess a beautiful smile! You've given Lauren this truly wonderful gift and for that I will always be thankful. I also wish to thank you for being so professional, kind, and accommodating. Over the last 7 years Dr. Gorman and his staff have taken care of our entire family's orthodontic needs. Three of our four sons have completed the process of wearing braces and now have straight teeth and great smiles. Now, our youngest son and Mom and Dad are wearing braces.
Without exception, we have had a positive experience. The friendly staff takes care to provide excellent service. Appointments are well planned, with an efficient system to get in and out in as little time as possible. The atmosphere in the office is pleasant with waiting and treatment areas that are comfortable and clean.
The results have been tremendous. Dr. Gorman worked closely with each of us to determine the best course of individualized treatment.
He was able to even shorten the timeline we had anticipated by closely watching and adjusting as early as possible.
